Jason is a licensed cosmetologist who graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Wigs and Makeup.  His background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Costume Design from Florida International University, and an associate degree in Theatre from Broward College.  During his time at school Jason had the opportunity to develop a working relationship with Florida Grand Opera, Opera Carolina, Piedmont Opera, and the Triad Stage.

In addition to his educational background, Jason is currently working on Harry Potter & the Cursed Child, San Francisco. Previously, he has toured as the Assistant Hair & Makeup Supervisor for the first national tours of Aladdin & Beautiful the Carole King Musical; as well as the Hair & Makeup Supervisor for the first national tours of Something Rotten, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and the second national tours of Anything Goes and Memphis.  Jason's work also includes working for three Opera companies, a TV show, and a film.  

 

Prior to entertainment work, Jason spent 8 years working with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine’s Division of Complementary and Integrative Medicine.  Here he held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Dean, as well as Office Manager and CE Coordinator.  During his time there he got licensed as a massage therapist from Educating Hands School of Massage and certified in Neurolinguistic Psychology and Meta-Energetics through the Division.
